DenbiSoft (“we”) makes Rastrivo Studio and ShapeTangle and runs this website. This policy explains what information each of them handles. The short version: we don’t sell your data, and Rastrivo Studio doesn’t collect any.
Rastrivo Studio
Information we collect. Rastrivo Studio does not collect, store or send any personal information to us or anyone else. There are no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
Your files and settings. Your artwork, projects, palettes, brushes and fonts are saved only where you choose on your own device. App settings, recovery copies of unsaved work and crash logs are stored locally in the app’s private storage on your device. None of it is uploaded or shared.
Crash logs and feedback. If the app hits an unexpected error it may write a crash log to your device. It is never sent automatically. If you choose to email us feedback or error details, we receive only what you send and use it only to reply and to improve the app.
Purchases and licensing. Purchases, free trials and licence checks are handled by the Microsoft Store. We do not receive your payment details. Microsoft’s handling of that information is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Links. The app links to our YouTube tutorials and opens your email app for feedback. Those services have their own privacy policies.
ShapeTangle
Information we collect. ShapeTangle does not collect any data from you. There are no accounts to create.
Game Center. If you’re signed in to Apple’s Game Center, achievements are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We don’t receive your Game Center details.
Purchases. ShapeTangle is free to download from the App Store.
This website
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If you email us, we use your address only to reply. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security, for a limited time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
Our apps are suitable for all ages and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
